If you contact us by email, just let us know which components and features you would like in your dream outdoor kitchen. Our team will then promptly get to work on preparing your customized quote.

Once you have decided on our BBQ Kitchen outdoor kitchen and reviewed the quote, we will send you the purchase agreement by email. This agreement includes all relevant details of your order, the agreed prices, and delivery terms. Please read the agreement carefully, and if everything meets your expectations, you can simply print it out, sign it, and send it back to us.

As soon as we receive the signed purchase agreement, we will immediately begin assembling your outdoor kitchen. We ensure that all components and features are carefully selected and assembled according to your specifications. We place the highest value on quality and make sure your outdoor kitchen is prepared perfectly for you.

In parallel with assembling the order, you will receive an invoice from us, which you can conveniently pay by bank transfer. You will find all necessary payment information on the invoice.

Once we have received the payment, your outdoor kitchen will be prepared for shipping

Please allow a delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks for your order without a Dekton countertop solution. Depending on the size of your order, it may also take a bit longer. Although many modules are in stock, delays may occur due to high demand. However, we will inform you in good time when your kitchen is expected to be delivered. 

A Dekton countertop is customized precisely to your BBQ Kitchen and is therefore only measured once the kitchen is fully assembled and ready. 

Our freight forwarder currently delivers to many countries in Europe. Just ask us, and we will check whether delivery to your desired country is possible.

The Weber BBQ Kitchen features adjustable leveling feet, available in heights of 80 mm, 100 mm, and 120 mm, allowing compensation on uneven surfaces.

So that you can use your BBQ Kitchen without restrictions even in bad weather or in winter, we recommend a roof covering. Such a roof covering not only provides protection from rain and other weather influences, but also significantly extends the service life of your outdoor kitchen. With the roof covering, the outdoor kitchen stays dry and protected from moisture, which minimizes the risk of mold formation and corrosion. In addition, a roof covering allows you to enjoy the pleasure of cooking outdoors all year round without having to worry about the weather conditions. A roof covering is therefore a worthwhile investment that guarantees you long-lasting enjoyment of your outdoor kitchen.

Nevertheless, it is important to us to offer our customers a way to further extend the service life of their kitchen and optimize protection against extreme weather conditions. Therefore, we recommend using a protective cover, especially if the kitchen is outdoors without a roof overhead. This protective cover provides additional protection against direct exposure to rain, snow, UV rays, and other environmental influences.

Our robust protective covers protect the grill and BBQ Kitchen in any weather and are specially tailored to the dimensions of the kitchen modules and worktops to ensure an optimal fit. Depending on the number of modules, they can be connected to each other with hook-and-loop fasteners.

To allow water to drain, the side burner is equipped with several small drainage openings. Moisture can enter the side burner module through these openings. To prevent this, we recommend using a suitable cover.

To protect against corrosion, we recommend treating the Weber BBQ Kitchen regularly with a protective spray such as Multi Spray 1000 from Innotec. The spray is suitable for stainless steel surfaces, powder-coated components, and hinges. Apply it thinly and then spread it with a microfiber cloth.

In winter, the refrigerator should not be used and it is advisable to disconnect it from the power supply - this also saves electricity :-). In addition to switching off the refrigerator, it is important to leave the refrigerator door slightly open.

This allows sufficient ventilation of the interior and prevents moisture from accumulating. If the door is tightly closed, condensation can form. This encourages the formation of mold, which not only smells unpleasant but can also be harmful to health.

Our outdoor kitchens are exposed year-round to a wide range of weather and environmental influences, including snow and frost during winter.

Depending on the type and construction of an outdoor kitchen as well as the materials used, it may be more or less suitable for a sheltered or unsheltered outdoor area. In both cases, however, a weatherproof cover for the entire kitchen, including all appliances, is essential. Ideally, it should be used not only during the colder winter months, but throughout the entire year.

Using a weatherproof cover offers several advantages. For one, it preserves the visual appearance of the outdoor kitchen and helps ensure it still looks like new even after years. For another, it ensures that environmental influences such as dust, dirt, or water—as well as extreme weather conditions like hail, snow, and frost—leave no traces and do not damage the components of your outdoor kitchen.

A high-quality cover protects the sensitive parts of your outdoor kitchen from moisture that could cause corrosion and prevents dirt and dust from getting in, which could negatively affect the operation of the appliances. In addition, it provides extra protection against possible damage from external influences, such as falling branches or hailstorms.

This way, you can be sure that your kitchen will remain in top condition even after many years of intensive use, regardless of the changing weather conditions throughout the year.

To clean the surfaces, a disinfectant cleaner such as Seal & Bond Remover from Innotec can be used. Painted surfaces, however, should be cleaned exclusively with clean water.
